Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Positive work attitude, implementing change processes and set high standards in daily work.
To look after 3 shifts Production break down activities.
Preventive maintenance planning of utilities.
Monitoring machine health based on MTBF and predictive maintenance.
Analyzing machine interruptions in scientific way
Maintaining & ensuring availability of machine spare parts & advance planning for critical spares.
Warehouse management & Inventory management.
Ensuring & supporting production team in productivity improvement measures.
Participate in specific excellence drive like FFQ / MOVE / TPM and other programs as defined by the organization time to time.
Maintain 5S, safety and environment to benchmarking standard.
Managing contractors & monitoring their activities.
Follow work instructions / checklists and other required documentation at all stages

Desired Candidate Profile

E / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) with 6-12 years in the field of maintenance.

Preferably in engineering industry & exposure to handle utilities and central facility like ETP, STP, DM plant, Cooling tower, HVAC, AC, Central media supply, compressor, dryer, fire hydrant system, fire safety system.

Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, AutoCAD, SAP – Good manpower management skills.

Maintain Safety standards and Environment standards at work.

Exposure to work with CNC machines maintenance will be added advantage.

Knowledge of Grinding oil and water based coolant and washing media.
