As part of our continued growth, MSA is building a dedicated in-house branding department to lead the creative direction and communication strategy of the brand across digital and offline platforms. While their primary focus will be on strengthening MSA’s brand presence, they will also extend creative expertise to our sister concerns , ensuring cohesive, high-quality visual storytelling across the entire brand ecosystem.

We are now looking for a Video Editor & Motion Designer who is creative, technically skilled, and passionate about crafting engaging, scroll-stopping content that elevates our brand storytelling.

What You’ll Be Doing at MSA

As a Video Editor & Motion Designer in MSA’s in-house branding team, you’ll play a key role in defining how our brand is seen and experienced across digital platforms.

You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, editing, and producing a wide range of videos, including :

• Social media reels and brand films for MySmartAlign and its sister concerns
• Podcast editing , sound balancing, and visual refinement for both video and audio platforms
• Educational and promotional videos , turning technical orthodontic concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand narratives
• Event aftermovies, testimonials, and product explainers that capture the essence of our brand and culture

You should be a fully equipped editor with 2+ years of experience , a strong grasp of social media dynamics, and a deep understanding of what makes content trend and perform online.

You’ll collaborate closely with our content and design teams to bring ideas to life — from brainstorming creative directions to editing raw footage, adding motion graphics, animations, transitions, and creating a polished final output. Every piece you create should be visually stunning, dynamic, and aligned with MSA’s brand identity.

You’ll also manage the video asset library, streamline project timelines, and stay ahead of emerging visual trends, tools, and storytelling formats to ensure MSA’s content stands out in a crowded digital space.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creative flair with technical precision — someone who can take a simple brief and turn it into a visually rich, emotionally resonant story that drives engagement and impact.
