Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with 6+ years of experience in software testing and automation. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Python / Behave, TypeScript / Playwright, and other automation tools , implementing BDD frameworks , and ensuring test integration into CI / CD pipelines . The candidate should have strong expertise in API, UI, and backend testing , database validation (SQL / NoSQL), Agile methodologies, and performance testing. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential; experience in the payments domain and knowledge of C / C++ are a plus.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Automate tests using homegrown and / or open-source test frameworks.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts preferably using Behave and Playwright automations tools.
• Implement BDD frameworks to ensure comprehensive test coverage using Python / Behave, TypeScript / Playwright automation tools.
• Collaborate across teams to develop solution-based test plans and ensure that feedback from different stake holders is incorporated.
• Maintain a high-level understanding of other NCR Voyix product lines to assess their impact on the overall solution
• Flexible to work in different areas like Backend, UI and API testing.
• Work towards sustaining current processes and implementing new ones.
• Manage and maintain the QA environments and plan improvements and support in the planning.
• Analyse user stories and business process requirements to estimate quality risks.
• Execute automated tests and analyse results to identify defects and ensure software quality.
• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Troubleshoot and debug test failures, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation.

Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Learning Management System, including course creation, user management, certifications, and reporting. Support modules across Learning, Performance, Succession Planning, and Recruiting within the Talent Management suite. Configure and manage system workflows, notifications, permissions, and integrations. Partner with HR, L&D, and business units to identify learning needs and translate them into scalable LMS solutions. Create and manage dashboards, custom reports, and data exports for compliance and performance tracking. Troubleshoot user and system issues, liaising with Cornerstone support when needed. Assist in the rollout of global learning initiatives and change management strategies. Conduct user training and provide ongoing system support and documentation. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across talent management modules. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS, particularly the Learning module. Experience with additional CSOD modules (e.g., Performance, Succession, Recruiting) preferred. Proficiency in report building (standard and custom) and system configuration. Strong understanding of Talent Management best practices. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
