Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager at FinBank, located in Coimbatore. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive business development, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain customer satisfaction. Tasks will include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient branch operations. While the role is primarily located in Coimbatore, selective work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills
• Financial acumen including knowledge of banking operations, loan approval, and financial products
• Ability to develop and implement sales and business development strategies
• Customer relationship management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with financial software and technology platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus
