Revenue & Business Growth
- Drive financial and productivity achievements through total revenue generation and topline growth of the business portfolio
- Ensure targeted business development through trade finance solutions in collaboration with the Business Banking team
Client Acquisition & Engagement
Acquire new-to-bank clients with a focus on scaling the trade finance bookExecute a focused industry-wise acquisition strategy in designated geographiesEngage meaningfully with existing and prospective clients to identify business development opportunitiesTrade Finance Sales
Manage end-to-end sales of Trade Finance products including Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and Export / Import finance across the bank's client baseWork alongside internal stakeholders to deliver tailored trade solutions to clientsCross-Selling
Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities for trade and treasury products to deepen client relationships and enhance product penetrationInternal Collaboration
Liaise with Service, Operations, and Product teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client trade finance requirementsMaintain service excellence and ensure high client satisfaction through smooth transaction handlingSkills Required
