Role : Lead Dotnet Developer

Experience 7+ Years

Location : Initially Can provide remote later need to relocate Hyderabad

Preferable Immediate Joiners only

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in VB.NET and VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) development.
  • Proven experience in building custom Office Add-ins (Excel, Word) with rich UI, event handling, and data binding.
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning, indexing).
  • Experience with remote API calls (REST, SOAP, JSON / XML parsing, authentication via OAuth, API keys).
  • Familiarity with .NET Framework (4.8 or earlier) and .NET Core / 5+ (as applicable).
  • Experience working in financial or broking domains is highly preferred.
  • Prior exposure to ANVA (Advanced Network Valuation Application) or similar valuation platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet) is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of data modeling, transactional integrity, and audit trails in financial systems.
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI / CD pipelines, and debugging tools in enterprise environments.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Microsoft Office Add-ins using VB.NET and VSTO for Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Integrate Add-ins with remote APIs (REST / SOAP) to fetch, process, and display real-time market data, trade information, or valuation results.
  • Develop and optimize SQL Server databases and stored procedures to support high-volume data operations and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to understand complex broking workflows, particularly in valuation, trade execution, and compliance.
  • Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices in .NET and VSTO development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues between Office applications, backend services, and third-party systems.
  • Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI / CD).
  • Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior developers.
