Architectural Intern at Urbanica

(Remote only)

I'm looking for an architectural intern to join me at Urbanica. You'll help design better apartment buildings.

What You’ll Do :

Research zoning rules and help shape early site concepts

Sketch out layouts and schematic designs for residential and commercial projects

Assist with working drawings, permit sets, and basic construction documents

Build clean 3D models, renders, and presentations

Keep our drawings and docs organized and updated

What I’m Looking For :

Bachelor of Architecture student

A thoughtful design portfolio

Solid skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe

Attention to detail and a good eye for design
