About the Role

Are you an experienced sales professional passionate about international real estate?

Hogar Properties , one of Dubai’s leading and fast-growing real estate agencies, is looking for talented Indian language-speaking Real Estate Specialists across India.

This is an excellent opportunity to represent Dubai’s premium property portfolio, work remotely, and earn industry-leading commissions. You will assist clients across India in exploring, investing, and acquiring properties in Dubai’s thriving real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through professional guidance and transparency.
Conduct property presentations, virtual consultations, and online tours for prospective investors.
Participate in webinars and promotional campaigns to showcase Dubai’s real estate offerings.
Manage client data, follow-ups, and CRM updates to ensure consistent lead management.
Collaborate with Dubai headquarters to stay aligned with project launches, pricing, and marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, property sales, or client consultancy.

Fluency in any Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, etc.) and English .

Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Ambitious, target-driven, and confident personality.

Professional presentation and the ability to engage clients effectively.

Awareness of Dubai’s real estate trends or willingness to undergo training.
