Position : Customer Service Specialist
Location : Remote
Employment type : local EOR Contract
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the company's products, services, and solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
REQUIREMENTS :
Native or fluent in Danish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
