Salary : $54,000–$66,000 / year + Performance Bonus + Equity

V4 COMPANY has over 20 years of experience helping global brands build world-class teams. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is strategic, data-driven, and capable of architecting scalable acquisition systems and global growth.

Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager will own multi-channel acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and TikTok. This role is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing high-performance paid media programs.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize full-funnel paid acquisition strategies.

Manage budgets of €50K–€200K+ per month.

Design scalable campaign structures and automation workflows.

Conduct A / B tests across creatives, bids, audiences, and landing pages.

Build performance dashboards (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio).

Lead forecasting and performance modeling.

Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Product, and E-commerce teams.

Drive international expansion across EMEA and South Asia.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.

Proven experience managing large budgets and driving measurable growth.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting strategies.

Skilled in tracking setup, attribution, and analytics infrastructure.

Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, cohort analysis, and conversion analysis.

Strong communication skills and professional English fluency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

ROAS improvement and CAC stability.

Revenue contribution from paid channels.

Lead quality and funnel efficiency.

Ability to scale campaigns internationally.

Experimentation and testing velocity.

Forecasting accuracy and budget management.
