Must have-

  • At least five years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance management and goal management and holding valid PMGM certificate etc.
  • Should have good knowledge in configuring Goal Management and Performance Management (PMGM) templates as per the requirements.
  • Should be good in designing templates for performance and goals management with approved workflow and questionnaires.
  • Should be good in creating route maps and its associating them with the performance templates.
  • Should have working experience in Form template settings and XML changes to form settings in SuccessFactors.
  • Should have working experience on configuring of performance rating scales, goals, route map setup, Calibration, CPM. and creation of Role specific and core competencies.
  • Should have working experience on goal plan set up : Including Goal plan ID, adding and deleting goals, manually adding goals, setting maximum and minimum goals, Goal weights.
  • Should be good in ad hoc reporting and Integration between GM with PM templates and other modules of eco-system

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Work directly with business users / COE team to understand the problem or opportunity

  • Map business requirements, processes, and objectives;
  • develops necessary product modifications identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions to satisfy business needs.

  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. Work self-directed and independently;
  • may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
