📍 Location : Bhopal | 🕒 Full-Time, On-site (6 Days Working)

Join Physics Wallah as a Facility Manager and take charge of our Bhopal center’s infrastructure, studio operations, and vendor management to keep learning seamless and efficient!

What You’ll Do :

🏢 Manage studio and facility operations, ensuring smooth academic and recording schedules

⚙️ Oversee maintenance of UPS, HVAC, electrical & battery systems

📊 Handle budgeting, Opex / Capex tracking, procurement & expense management

🤝 Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and ensure service quality

💻 Monitor IT & studio equipment performance

🧾 Maintain facility checklists, SOPs, compliance, and audit readiness

🚨 Lead crisis and emergency management protocols

What We’re Looking For :

• Graduate in Engineering / Facility Management / related field
• 2+ years of experience in facility or operations management (EdTech / Corporate / Studio setup preferred)
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, UPS, and building systems
• Skilled in Google Sheets & Excel
• Strong communication, stakeholder management & negotiation abilities
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, procurement, and vendor management
