Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive based in Jaipur. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, and managing day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities may also include supporting finance-related processes, communicating with internal teams, and providing back-end support to the sales and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Back Office Operations and general Office Operations
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Basic understanding of Finance processes and documentation
• Familiarity with Sales support activities
• Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
