Product Support Specialist- Life Science Research Products

Location : Delhi

We are looking for a hard-working, competent, and organized individual from Biotech Background to join our team as a Product Support Specialist in Delhi. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and discovering new leads, suggesting improvements to processes, and assisting the team.

Job description

• Prepare and send quotations using software / Excel; update pricing based on product value, category, and management-defined margins.
• Maintain a quotation database, ensure timely follow-ups, and communicate effectively with customers.
• Identify new prospects in the market and expand the company’s customer base as well as product portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure accurate product listings, datasheets, and pricing.
• Prepare purchase orders
• Prepare all necessary documents for tenders, annual rate contracts, and customs clearance.
• Plan and execute scientific marketing activities, workshops, technical meetings, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including training and discussions with clients.

Education and Skills

Strong theoretical knowledge of science and biotechnology.
