Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical SEO Specialist who can drive organic growth through advanced technical optimization, data-driven insights, and strategic SEO execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of global SEO best practices and hands-on experience managing international SEO projects and clients across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO Optimization

Conduct comprehensive technical site audits to identify issues related to crawlability, indexation, site speed, architecture, and mobile usability.
Optimize website structure, internal linking, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, schema markup, and other technical elements.
Collaborate closely with development teams to implement technical fixes and SEO-enhancing features.
Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page performance, and overall site health.

International SEO

Manage SEO strategies for multi-regional and multi-lingual websites, including hreflang implementation and geo-targeting.

Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research tailored to global markets.

Coordinate with international clients to understand local search behavior and adapt strategies accordingly.

Analytics and Reporting

Track and analyze key SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reports highlighting performance, insights, and growth opportunities.

Use data to propose actionable recommendations and forecast SEO outcomes.

Strategy & Collaboration

Develop and execute long-term technical SEO strategies aligned with business goals.

Work cross-functionally with content, design, and development teams to support organic growth initiatives.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on Technical SEO experience .

Proven track record managing international clients, global SEO campaigns, or multi-region websites .

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture (without needing to write code).

Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, DeepCrawl, etc.

Knowledge of schema markup, log file analysis, and Core Web Vitals optimization.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
