Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior US Life Sciences Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in US Life Sciences Recruitment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in end-to-end recruitment for US clients, understand pharma domain requirements, and consistently deliver quality profiles within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US recruitment for Pharma / Life Sciences roles
• Work on positions across: Clinical Research roles, Validation / QA / QC, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Scientific, MSAT, Process Engineering, and relevant domain.
• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and compliance needs
• Source candidates using: Job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, Referrals and internal database
• Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates for technical and communication fit
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer processes
• Maintain strong candidate and client relationships
• Ensure ATS compliance and proper documentation
• Meet individual and team hiring targets consistently
• Mentor junior recruiters (if required)

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in US Pharma / Life Sciences recruitment
• Strong understanding of US pharma roles and terminology
• Experience working with US clients and ATS (CEIPAL Preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US staffing environment
• Strong screening, sourcing, and closing skills
