Job Description

Education and Work Experience Requirements : $Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English.$Must be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service$Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices. Mandatory Skills : $Hands-on working knowledge in SAP Customer Service.$Work experience in SAP Sales & Distribution.$Work experience in Implementation Projects.$Knowledge in interfaces (EDI, API etc..).$Able to understand business processes, ability to validate the proposed solution & handle the requirements delivery.$Establish & maintain effective relationship with cross functional / technical teams.$Able to actively support business users.$Exposure of S / 4 HANA & Fiori Apps. Good to have skills : $Working knowledge of Warranty & Claims.$Work experience in Roll-out Projects.$Ability to review the business blueprint, functional specifications for SAP Customer Service development, user acceptance test plans and participate in cutover activities during go-live phases.
