Lead end-to-end technical solutions across diverse technology stacks, driving innovation and maintaining high standards of technical excellence.

Serve as the go-to technical expert, making strategic decisions that ensure scalable, robust, and future-proof systems architecture.

Drive innovation initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and integrating emerging technologies like AI / ML, cloud-native, and microservices into solutions.

Provide thought leadership through knowledge sharing, contributing to industry events, and mentoring teams on cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

Lead architecture design and code reviews to ensure high-quality solutions.

Establish best practices in design patterns, scalability, security, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Make strategic recommendations on platform modernization, technical debt, and technology migrations.

Work closely with product, design, and business teams to transform requirements into highly scalable and efficient technical solutions.

Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of technical initiatives.

Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Lead troubleshooting efforts and manage critical production issues, offering quick, strategic solutions that mitigate risks and impact.

Mentor and develop technical talent within the organization, providing regular feedback and guidance to junior engineers and peers.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

Promote DevOps practices, ensuring efficient CI / CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code principles are followed.

Drive continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices to boost efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to articulate technical strategies, progress, and challenges.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or allied streams.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.

Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MSSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
