Key Responsibilities :

• Full lifecycle recruitment for US IT positions including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment metrics, ensuring timely closure of positions.
• Engage in proactive talent sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
