Job description

We are seeking an experienced XStore Technical Lead to manage offshore development and support activities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle XStore POS, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead offshore XStore development and support teams.
Design, develop, and maintain XStore POS customizations and integrations.
Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills :

7–8 years of experience in Oracle XStore POS development.

Strong Java and Oracle database skills.

Experience with XStore upgrades, customizations, and integrations.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Retail domain experience is a plus.
