Role Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Event / Exhibition Designer to conceptualize, design, and deliver innovative 3D visuals for exhibition stands, events, and experiential spaces. The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with practical design solutions, ensuring that concepts are visually striking, brand-aligned, and feasible for production and installation.

Qualifications

• Conceptualize and design 3D exhibition booths, event setups, and experiential spaces based on client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Create detailed 3D renders, layouts, and walkthroughs using design software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or equivalent).
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and production teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and executable .
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and coordinate with production teams for fabrication.
• Adapt designs to meet space constraints, budget limitations, and functional requirements.
• Present creative concepts and design solutions to clients with professionalism and clarity.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, technologies, and design innovations .
• Ensure timely delivery of design concepts within project deadlines.
