Product Manager

You are Responsible for

• Own the Roadmap : Define and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for our digital lending products—from customer onboarding (KYC) and underwriting to disbursement and servicing.
• Execute & Ship : Write clear user stories, PRDs, and specs. Work daily with engineering, design, and data science teams in an agile environment to ship high-quality features.
• Master the Journey : Become the expert on the digital loan journey, obsessing over conversion funnels, drop-off points, and user experience.
• Integration : Lead integrations with other NBFCs to build seamless Co-lending Stack
• Collaborate with Risk : Work hand-in-hand with the Risk and Analytics teams to implement and iterate on underwriting logic and fraud detection models
• Measure Success : Define key product metrics (KPMs), monitor performance, and use data to make informed decisions for product iteration.
