About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic B.Tech (Mechanical) students or recent graduates to join our Production Department as Mechanical Production Engineer Trainees .

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to production processes, work closely with the Design Team , and ensure quality output and timely project delivery. This 6-month industrial training program offers valuable experience in a live manufacturing environment.

Outstanding performers will be considered for permanent employment with a revised pay structure upon successful completion of the training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in Production Planning and resource allocation to enhance productivity.
• Interpret and work with engineering drawings and design documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Take initiative and handle additional tasks based on departmental needs.
