Job Title : Project Manager (Software / Product Delivery)

Experience : 7+ years

Location : Jaipur (On-site)

Industry : HealthTech / Wellness

Joining : Immediate / ASAP preferred

CTC : 16 to 20 LPA

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager , you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery for software projects and wellness technology products. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and client teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities :

  • Lead full-cycle project delivery using Agile methodologies .
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver MERN-based web and mobile solutions .
  • Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and sprint plans .
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time releases.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and SOWs .
  • Drive process improvements and mentor junior team members.
  • Coordinate closely with leadership for roadmap alignment and delivery excellence.

Must-Have Skills

  • 7+ years of project management experience in software development.
  • Strong understanding of MERN stack architecture (MongoDB, Express.Js, React, Node.Js).
  • Proficiency with Agile / Scrum , sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence , or equivalent project tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with distributed teams.
  • Technical understanding of cloud environments (AWS preferred) .

    • Good-to-Have

  • PMP / Agile / Scrum certification.
  • Experience in HealthTech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with microservices and API-driven architectures.
