Omni Reach - Solution Architect - Java / Spring Boot

Omni Reach is seeking an accomplished Solution Architect with over 15 years of experience in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

This is a leadership role that requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to align technology strategies with business outcomes.

As a Solution Architect, you will :

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Product) to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects, enforcing best practices and architectural standards.
• Drive cloud adoption and leverage AWS for large-scale deployments.
• Ensure performance optimization and scalability in databases (MySQL, NoSQL).
• Guide front-end architecture with React and JavaScript frameworks.
• Establish strong CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise and integrate monitoring / observability with tools like Datadog.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with business objectives.
