Location : Kolkata / Bhubaneshwar

Salary : Negotiable

Experience : 2-5 years

Qualifications & Experience :

• Must have Experience from "Architectural Consultancy"
• Bachelor’s (2-5years) / Diploma (5-7years) in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in architecture, design, and planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion is required.
• Strong knowledge of building bylaws, government norms, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in preparing municipal drawings and obtaining government approvals.
