Hiring : Manager – Financial Reporting & Controllership (BPO / Shared Services)
Location : Bengaluru (Kothanur) | Work from Office
Work Hours : 3 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM IST (India shift overlap with US & Philippines operations)

About the Company
We are a global BPO / shared services organization operating across India, the US, and the Philippines , delivering end-to-end business process solutions.
We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Manager – Financial Reporting & Controllership to oversee multi-entity finance operations, ensure audit readiness, drive compliance, and enable process automation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Accountant seeking to step into a Finance Controller / Global Controllership role within a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations
Manage end-to-end accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions).
Drive accurate and timely month-end / year-end closures.
Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheet schedules, and variance analyses.
Support group-level consolidation across entities.
Ensure data integrity and adherence to internal financial controls.
Compliance & Taxation
Oversee TDS, GST, and other statutory filings.
Ensure India GAAP compliance while aligning with US GAAP / global standards.
Support direct & indirect tax compliance, transfer pricing, and RBI / FEMA matters.
Coordinate statutory and ROC filings with auditors and consultants.
Audit, Controls & Process Improvement
Support statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely query resolution.
Strengthen internal controls and documentation processes.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
ERP, Systems & Automation
Serve as key user for NetSuite ERP or equivalent systems.
Collaborate on ERP upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives.
Business Partnership
Partner with business teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Provide financial insights for leadership decision-making.
Support treasury operations, cash flow planning, and fund allocation.
Qualifications
CA with 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
CA Inter with 8+ years of relevant experience may also be considered.
Required Skills
Strong accounting, reporting, or controllership experience in BPO / Shared Services / SaaS / ITES setups.
Exposure to multi-entity, cross-border finance operations.
Knowledge of India & US GAAP , consolidation, and compliance.
Proven experience managing audits and working with external stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP or similar systems preferred.
