Spectral Consultants is currently hiring for an Oracle Cloud Tech Developer – Senior role for one of the US Top 6 accounting and tax advisory firms .

Experience : 6-12 Years | Location : Bangalore

Work Mode : Hybrid | Availability : Immediate to 60 Days preferred

Role Overview

As an Oracle Cloud Technical Developer (Senior) , you’ll design, develop, and implement scalable Oracle Cloud solutions across HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM modules. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to build integrations, enhance system capabilities, and deliver high-performance cloud solutions that enable business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Oracle Cloud integrations, extensions, and reports using OIC, BI Publisher, FBDI, HDL, and HCM Extracts
  • Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Support data migration, automation, and end-to-end system implementation activities
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Oracle Cloud applications for performance and reliability
  • Create and maintain documentation, ensuring alignment with project standards
  • Participate in client discussions, testing cycles, and post-implementation support

Qualifications

  • 6–12years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud (HCM / ERP / SCM) implementations
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, GL, AP, AR, Procurement , or similar modules
  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud, SOAP / REST Web Services, XML, BI tools (FDI, OAC)
  • Solid understanding of data migration, Fast Formulas, and technical configuration
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, or Workday is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required ; Oracle Cloud certification preferred
