Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, and providing support to customers. Daily tasks include overseeing customer service representatives, analyzing customer service metrics, developing customer service guidelines, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The role also involves conducting training sessions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer service metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle challenging customer service situations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the ecommerce or retail industry is a plus
