About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-driven Program Manager to lead operations-heavy programs, manage 3PL and logistics vendors, and drive end-to-end fulfilment and customer experience outcomes. This role is ideal for candidates who have thrived in high-velocity logistics or fulfilment ecosystems and enjoy solving complex, large-scale operational problems. You’ll work at the intersection of execution, data, and decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Program & Operations Management

• Own end-to-end operational programs across fulfilment, last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, and warehousing operations.
• Translate business goals into clear execution plans, timelines, and success metrics.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations across cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in TATs, cost efficiency, and service reliability.
