WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Tresata is seeking a Technical Product manager to join its growing team.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of our cutting-edge SaaS product. This is a key leadership position that requires a blend of strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders

Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
Lead the technical aspects of product management, including working with engineering teams to define requirements, resolve issues, and ensure product quality.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, and translate it into actionable product improvements. Drive customer-centric innovation to meet and exceed user expectations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and positioning.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that ensure successful product launches and growth.

Requirements

WHAT SKILLS / EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO BRING

8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or technical role.

Strong technical background, ideally with experience in software development, engineering, or a related field.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to launch.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into compelling product solutions.
