Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Zscaler Engineer

with deep expertise in

Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)

to provide short-term technical and architectural support for our enterprise security environment. The ideal engineer will combine strategic design capabilities with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills to optimize configurations, improve performance, and enhance user access across a global Zscaler deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the

subject matter expert

for ZIA configuration, policy restructuring, and performance optimization

architectural recommendations and implementation support

for Zscaler best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

4+ years

of hands-on experience administering and architecting

Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)

environments

policy configuration, SSL inspection, user authentication, and traffic routing

Azure AD, MFA, Intune, or JAMF

for identity and endpoint management

network protocols

(DNS, TCP / IP, SSL / TLS, VPN, GRE / IPSec tunnels)

Nice to Have

Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)

or

Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)

proxy migration projects

or hybrid network transitions

scripting or automation

(PowerShell, Python, or API-based automation for Zscaler)
