Junior Executive, Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

• Optimum machine availability, workforce & shifts of maintenance department, draw PPM plan & execute it.
• CGMP instructions to be followed, solve all technical issues, machine maintenance, care of safety & environmental pollution aspects, breakdown maintenance.
• Responsible for handling all activities of the production plant related to the engineering department
• Prepare, Check and Review the GMP documents.
• Installation & commissioning of equipment's.
• Preparation of initial drawing, activity chart, budgets for new plans regarding area modification and machine installation & Modify area as per requirement.
• Maintaining & practicing all safety measures & to perform Accident Investigations, Root cause finding Activity.
• Operation of the SAP related work.
• To verify door interlocking , access control system.
• Raising Purchase requisition / Capex for equipment / system as when required
• To assist Dept. Head in modifications to improve performance
• Execution, completion of audit responses from time to time
• To co-ordinate with cross functional departments about day to day production plan and their requirement.
• Designee for Head of Department to handle functions of Engineering Departments for preventive maintenance checklist and breakdown notes..
• Overall responsible for finalization of the conceptual layout of production, manufacturing filling, and packing.
• Responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance of production equipment and machines.
