Job descriptionLead integration testing : SIT, UAT, regression testing. Troubleshoot integration failures, data sync issues, and workflow exceptions. Support cutover, go-live, and hyper-care activities. Prepare user documentation and provide knowledge transfer. Work with Coupa functional consultants, SAP MM / FI / Ariba teams, and middleware architects. Coordinate with business stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and IT. Ensure integration aligns with best practices, security, and compliance standards. Support the technical consultant team members for the below items Design, configure, and implement integrations between Coupa and SAP S / 4HANA using : Coupa APIs, and other tools SAP APIs and other tools Middleware using SAP CPI Map Coupa data structures to SAP S / 4HANA objects (vendors, POs, GRs, invoices, chart of accounts, cost centres, materials, etc.). Define integration architecture, error-handling processes, and technical specifications. Strong communication and stakeholder management. Ability to work in agile / global teams. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. 10–12 years of total experience, with a minimum of 2–3 Coupa projects. Experience with SAP S / 4HANA implementations. Coupa Level 1 / Level 2 certification (preferred). Experience in multi-country rollouts and global procurement processes.

Overview
The Coupa SAP S / 4HANA Integration Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) platform and SAP S / 4HANA ERP. This role ensures smooth data exchange across Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier Management, and invoicing, enabling seamless Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

- Deep understanding of SAP MM, FI, and Procurement processes in S / 4HANA.
