Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

RPA Automation Specialist / Lead

to design, implement, and scale automation solutions across enterprise functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in

RPA tools, scripting, and IT infrastructure automation , along with the ability to lead automation strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver automation solutions using

Automation Anywhere, UIPath, BluePrism, and Microsoft Power Automate .

Develop

self-healing automation systems

using

Python or RPA scripting frameworks .

Identify automation opportunities by collaborating with

cross-functional stakeholders .

Architect

scalable and secure automation frameworks

integrated with existing infrastructure.

Provide

technical leadership , evangelizing best practices and innovative automation trends.

Ensure

compliance with governance, security, and financial guidelines

during implementation.

Participate in

solution proposals, POCs, and effort estimation

during pre-sales engagements.

Lead

automation projects , while driving

team initiatives and process excellence .

Required Skills & Experience

5–10 years

of experience in

RPA development and automation architecture .

Hands-on expertise with

Automation Anywhere, UIPath, BluePrism, and Microsoft Power Automate .

Strong proficiency in

Python or RPA-based scripting .

Experience in

IT operations, infrastructure automation, or self-healing systems .

Ability to

lead projects independently

and drive value-based automation initiatives.

Strong

analytical, communication, and client-facing skills .
