The Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Analyst will play a key role in managing and supporting Curia’s Human Capital Management landscape. This role requires a strong functional understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules—including Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Performance Management (for Goals and Performance), Workforce Compensation, and Oracle Time and Labor (R12)—combined with technical expertise to analyze, design, and deliver system enhancements and integrations with external systems such as ADP, SAP Concur, and Fuse. This position bridges HR and IT, ensuring that technology solutions enable efficient HR processes, data integrity, and compliance with global business standards.
Functional Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle Cloud HCM modules—Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Performance Management, Workforce Compensation, and Oracle Time and Labor (R12).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for production support of Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Time and Labor (R12), ensuring high availability, issue resolution, and user satisfaction.
- Lead and deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates (typically under 80 hours of effort) in response to business needs and approved change requests.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud release patches by analyzing release notes, coordinating readiness, supporting testing with user groups, and ensuring readiness for timely Production deployment.
- Manage and resolve functional and technical incidents promptly, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures are implemented.
- Support the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting, to hiring and onboarding to performance management, compensation, and external integrations for payroll processing.
- Be well-versed with Oracle Journeys functionality within Oracle Cloud HCM to design and deploy personalized employee experiences for onboarding, performance, and career development.
- Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud’s latest AI-driven features and capabilities to enhance HR automation, analytics, and productivity outcomes.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for HCM processes and ensure strong user adoption.
Technical and Integration Responsibilities
Support technical aspects of HCM, including interfaces, conversions, reports, and data validation.Manage and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and external systems (e.g., ADP, SAP Concur, Fuse, and other HR-adjacent applications).Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business operations using OTBI, BI Publisher, and related tools.Collaborate with IT and vendors on enhancement requests, data mapping, and troubleshooting activities.Ensure adherence to IT Security and Compliance standards, including SOX, GDPR, and internal audit controls.Change Management and Governance
Ensure alignment with enterprise application governance and change-management processes.Prepare detailed documentation for configuration changes, enhancements, and system releases.Partner with the Enterprise Applications leadership team to identify continuous improvement and standardization opportunities across the global landscape.Release Management ResponsibilitiesSupport quarterly Oracle Cloud release patches by reviewing release documentation and performing impact assessments.Prepare and configure Non-Production environments ahead of release deployment to enable smooth testing and validation.Coordinate with user groups and business stakeholders to plan and execute functional testing for new features and updates.Ensure readiness and timely deployment of Production release patches, proactively addressing issues and dependencies.Collaborate with Oracle Support and internal IT teams for post-deployment verification and resolution of any identified issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field.8-11 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a STRONG functional focus on modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Performance Management, Workforce Compensation, and Time and Labor (R12).Hands-on experience supporting integrations with systems such as ADP, SAP Concur, and Fuse.Working knowledge of SQL, PL / SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher preferred.Candidates who may not have direct experience in all areas must demonstrate a proven ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and show ownership in acquiring new skills that add value to the organization.This position is intended for a seasoned professional (“experienced campaigner”) with demonstrated experience in enterprise-level HR systems—it is not suitable for recent graduates or individuals in the early stages of their career.Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST APIs, web services, or middleware tools like Dell Boomi is a plus.Experience supporting global HR operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
