Role Summary :
We’re looking for an energetic and tech-savvy HR Executive to join our fast-growing company. You will play a key role in building a high-performing, collaborative culture by driving end-to-end HR operations — from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement, payroll, and compliances.

Key Responsibilities
1.Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
- Create and maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, and F&F settlements with finance.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).3. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.Support internal communication and recognition programs.4. Performance & Policy Support
Assist in performance management cycles, feedback collection, and data consolidation.Maintain and update HR policies in alignment with organizational needs.Support HR analytics and reporting for leadership reviews.Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-growing organization.Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll basics is a must.Experience using HR tools or Excel-based HR dashboards preferred.Skills & Attributes :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong ethics and confidentialityGood understanding of HR technology tools and MS Excel.What You Will Do :
