Experience : CA / CS / MBA with prior relevant compliance experience >

8 years .

Should carry a good understanding of FEMA regulations, banking products and processes.

Job Role :

Regulatory Advisory & Control Framework

Support the Business Group by providing detailed and accurate advisory services, ensuring implementation of effective control frameworks for compliance with RBI regulations related to FEMA – Capital and Current Account transactions. Act as a back-up for FEMA–Retail Products compliance.

Product & Policy Review

Partner with relevant stakeholders to implement new regulatory requirements, review new and variant products, policies, and processes, and provide compliance advisory on applicable FEMA and RBI guidelines.

Regulatory Correspondence & Follow-up

Review letters and correspondence on regulatory matters to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-ups with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with compliance peers on critical compliance projects and group-wide initiatives to strengthen regulatory governance.

Escalation Management

Promptly identify and escalate key compliance risks or matters of concern to the Vertical Lead and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
