Job Title : Affordability Strategy Lead

Location : Coimbatore

Experience : 10–15 years

Role Summary :

Lead and scale affordability programs such as EMI, cashback, trade-in, and device financing by partnering with Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech players. Drive innovative financial solutions to boost device adoption, conversion, and customer affordability across retail and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and fintech firms.
Design and execute EMI, buy-now-pay-later, and upgrade programs.
Launch customized affordability offers for various customer segments.
Drive revenue through improved finance penetration and attach rates.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Candidate Profile :

10–15 years in Fintech, NBFC, Consumer Electronics, or Retail Finance .

Strong understanding of consumer lending, digital finance, and partnerships .

Proven track record in program management, business development, and strategic alliances .
