Role & responsibilities :

• Responsible for ensuring the achievement of all sales and revenue targets for the branch.
• Hire / Train and motivate the sales teams for archiving budgets.
• Formulating and implementation of sales and service strategies.
• unique promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Achieve the sales targets set for the branch.
• Ability in sales planning and understanding of the risk side of the business
