Responsibilities : Project Management :

Play an integral role in executing consultancy engagements through the effective and efficient management of all aspects of the project.
Provide forecasts, analysis and actionable insights that lead to the achievement of strategic and financial goals for our global pharmaceutical clients.
Manage and coordinate complex consultancy engagements through strong client and people management, subject matter expertise, communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from a variety of pieces of evidence.
Provide robust competitive assessments and insights that inform key decision-making processes for clients such as strategic brand planning, forecasting, and lifecycle management.
Performing in depth market research and analysing data to derive understanding of the disease based on client requirements.
Analysing and integrating primary research and secondary data with other market knowledge to draw inferences and conclusions.
To identify risks and opportunities for the business and support key decisions on business strategy with customer and market insights.
Leveraging all relevant data like, DRG, and IQVIA to provide insights into forecast assumptions.
Transversal collaboration : Forge effective relationships with various stakeholders (both internal and external), which are part of the Market Research initiatives.
Ensure effective delivery of work through self and others in accordance with the project timelines and quality parameters.
Converting excel models into presentable Reports and ppts for effective utilization by clients.
Analysing the AI / ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability.
Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying
Leadership :
Will be responsible for overall leadership, talent development, skill advancement, engagement and retention of talent on the team.
Foster learning mindset in the teams to advance research and story-telling skills across multiple sources of data to answer business questions.
Grow and develop newer capabilities under Global new sources of data, segment level analysis, etc.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build effective relationships to create win-win engagement models.
Deliver presentations of the findings to clients onsite or through teleconferences.
Manage Consultant or Senior Consultants in the team.
Qualifications :
B Tech (Biotechnology, Bioinformatics etc), Pharma / any life sciences background with Master's in Pharma / Biotech / Business administration.
Ability to balance conflicting priorities.
Proven people management skills. Other Competencies :
Minimum 10 years of relevant forecasting and commercial analytics experience. Experience building financial models (e.g., market sizing, sales, and profit forecasts) using Microsoft Excel or other databases.
In- depth expertise in developing, implementing, and managing holistic strategies for modelling (design, development, validation, calibration, documentation, approval, implementation, monitoring and reporting) in collaboration with life sciences teams.
Broad experience in the key functional areas of CI, analytics and market research including the ability to understand and identify key business levers.
Strong strategic skills including ability to see the big picture, conceptual / out of the box thinking.
Work experience in the US / European pharma industry a plus.
Ability to balance conflicting priorities.
Proven people management skills.
