Job Title : Senior IT Recruiter

Experience : 3–5 Years | Location : On-site, Thane (Kalpataru Prime, Wagle Estate)

Shifts : UK Hours (1 : 30 PM – 9 : 30 PM IST)

Salary : 35k to 40k

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior IT Recruiter to lead technical talent acquisition for UK / European markets and streamline recruitment workflows. This role requires expertise in software engineering and technical hiring, with a focus on direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder collaboration.Only candidates within commutable distance to Thane will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment : Manage full-cycle hiring for software engineering, cloud, DevOps, and IT roles (primarily UK / US clients).
  • Advanced Sourcing : Master Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and niche platforms to identify passive candidates.
  • Technical Screening : Assess candidates against client requirements (programming languages, tools, certifications) to ensure role fit.
  • Stakeholder Management : Partner with hiring managers to refine job specs, share market insights, and meet SLAs.
  • Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a strong talent pool for high-demand technical roles.
  • Process Optimization : Improve recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of agency / high-volume IT recruitment experience (UK / US markets).
  • Expertise in sourcing for software development, DevOps, or cybersecurity roles.
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and Boolean / X-ray search techniques.
  • Proactive communication skills (verbal / written English) for client / candidate interactions.
  • Flexibility to work UK shifts (1 : 30 PM – 9 : 30 PM IST).

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruitment certifications (e.g., CEIP, AIRS, CIR).
  • Technical background or understanding of IT architectures / trends.
  • Experience managing compliance for UK / US hiring (visas, right-to-work checks).
