As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, explaining our property offerings, and generating quality leads. Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote residential and commercial real estate properties.
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding available projects, pricing, and site visit schedules.
• Clearly and confidently explain property features, investment benefits, and other related services.
• Maintain and update a database of leads, customer information, and call records.
• Follow up diligently with prospective buyers to ensure interest is converted into site visits or sales meetings.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
• Ensure a professional, courteous, and positive tone during all client interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and pass on qualified leads.
