Job description

You'll Make a Difference By :

  • Driving Business Growth : Managing and expanding the service business within assigned accounts, and generating new business by targeting and acquiring new customers in the market.
  • Building Relationships : Developing and nurturing strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty while meeting their service needs effectively.
  • Sales Process Management : Overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to order booking, and ensuring seamless handover to the execution team.
  • IBMS Solutions Expertise : Quickly learning and adapting to Siemens' Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) solutions, ensuring that the service offerings meet customer requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Coordination & Negotiation : Collaborating with various internal teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that customer expectations are met while achieving company goals.
  • Multitasking & Prioritization : Managing multiple customer accounts and sales activities effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
  • Team Collaboration : Working within a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to team goals and supporting colleagues in achieving shared objectives.

Your Success is Grounded In :

  • Domain Expertise : Strong knowledge and understanding of Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) and related solutions.
  • Sales & Customer Relationship Skills : Proven experience in Service Sales , with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Business Planning & Negotiation : Strong business planning, coordination, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth.
  • Multitasking & Organization : Effective multitasking and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and accounts at once, while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Team Player : Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment, adaptable and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Process Knowledge : Familiarity with the sales process, from lead generation to order booking , ensuring a smooth transition to the execution team.
  • Quick Learner : The ability to quickly absorb and apply knowledge about IBMS solutions and related technologies.
