Role Description :
The Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales of automation products, managing key customer accounts, and providing technical solutions. The role focuses on business development, building strong customer relationships, and supporting seamless product integration while contributing to market growth and sales strategy.
Your responsibilities
1. Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, offering technical and product support.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and nurture long-term partnerships.
2. Sales & Business Development
Drive sales of electric automation products to meet revenue targets.Conduct market analysis to identify new customers and emerging market opportunities.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.3. Technical Expertise
Provide deep product knowledge and recommend tailored solutions based on customer needs.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth product integration and after-sales support.4. Strategic Planning
Develop and implement account strategies aligned with company goals.Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to guide sales strategy.Stay adaptable and committed to continuous improvement in a dynamic market environment.Your requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Mechatronics, or related field.5–10 years of experience in automation sales, preferably in electric automation.Demonstrated success in key account management, End User & OEM sales, and driving revenue growth.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess customer needs and propose effective technical solutions.Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to change.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office SuiteNote : Kindly fill the form https : / / forms.office.com / e / mL2jwGNiGD
