Key Responsibilities :

3. Customer Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify cross-selling opportunities.
4. Product Knowledge : Stay updated on life insurance products and market trends to drive sales.
5. Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements and Skills :
1. Experience : Proven experience in life insurance sales, cross-sales, and leadership roles.
2. Leadership Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of life insurance products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
