Purpose of the role
The Senior Manager – Recruiting Delivery (RPO) will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end recruitment delivery for mid and entry-level roles across the organization in partnership with RPO. This role requires building scalable hiring strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring strong alignment with business hiring needs. The position demands strong operational excellence, stakeholder management, partnership and the ability to deliver high-volume hiring while ensuring quality of talent and candidate experience.
This role partners with local and global key stakeholders to bring Talent Acquisition Transformation & Modernization to life at the GIC. The role reports to Head -Talent Acquisition.
