The ideal candidate will possess a solid finance and accounting foundation, with hands-on experience in subledger, GL processes, and advanced reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Workday Accounting Center configuration, reporting, and integrations.Develop advanced dashboards and insights to support financial operations and leadership reporting.Ingest and integrate external subledgers into Workday, ensuring accurate data transformation and posting to the GL.Build scalable, compliant Workday solutions that enhance reporting accuracy and financial transparency.Drive improvements in end-to-end accounting data flow, reconciliation, and auditability.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable solutions.Required QualificationsTotal Experience : 5+ yearsRelevant Workday Financials Experience : 5+ yearsMandatory Skills : Workday Accounting Center, Workday FinancialsStrong finance and accounting domain knowledgeProficiency in dashboard development and analytics in Workday
