Role Overview

As a Senior Associate – SAP SuccessFactors (RCM / ONB), you will analyze business requirements, design and configure Talent Acquisition modules, support integrations, perform testing, and provide ongoing support to clients. You’ll play a key role in driving successful cloud HR transformations using SAP SuccessFactors best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and recommend effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Design, configure, and document SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding modules
• Support integration and data-related functional specifications
• Develop and maintain test scripts, scenarios, and assist in UAT
• Provide application support, system testing, and end-user training
• Collaborate with clients, participate in workshops, and lead documentation efforts
• Support knowledge transfer, creation of training materials, and user enablement
