Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude. A team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration. Willingness to work night shifts or flexible hours as per US time zones. Familiarity with the US market, culture, and communication styles. Comprehensive training on our services will be provided to eligible candidates. About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International BPO to join our team in the US virtual construction industry. This role
involves identifying new business opportunities, managing high-value client
accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. You will be
responsible for developing strategies, building relationships, and handling
customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
